May I PLEASE HAVE YOUR ATTENTION when I tell you out of all my years of traveling,I've never encountered where. Entire staff was amazing!!! upon my arrival. I ran into I now know as miss V. She was simply AMAZING WELCOMED me with the warmest greeting extended her hand for a handshake.No ma'am you deserve a hug and smile very inviting very professional appearance. Professional clean, come to find out. She is the general manager. I can see why the staff is so AMAZING. If anyone had to teach a customer service class for managers, miss V will be the one on a scale from 1 to 10. She is a 20, let's talk about the rest of the staff I met deondra. She was at the front desk. Come to find out, she is the housekeeping supervisor I love the way teamwork is played here. There was nothing that I asked for that. I did not receive D'eondra personally brought it to me herself. Customer service skills are second to none on a scale from 1 to 10. I give her a 20. Let's talk about over and beyond Breanna checked me in professional very informative Very knowledgeable, very accommodating, super polite. You can tell when a person likes their job and they're good at it. And breonna is definitely one on a scale from 1 to 10I give her a 20 less talk about Ms. Dinah, I spoke with her before I came to the property. She went over and beyond to make sure that my reservation had reached the property. I called back. I had questions. I had a lot of questions and not one time, did she have a tone. I heard willingness to help, and when I finally came to the property, I got a chance to meet her very sweet, very professional. Willing to help Nothing is a bother I love it This location is recommended for anyone who comes to the Atlanta area, when I come, I will Never say any place. But here romes are spacious and clean I'm very comfortable. I don't want to leave, but I don't have to in a couple days.This locations, should be the face for the company. EVERYONE is simply amazing. This is one SATISFIED customer. OH myyyyy how can I forget about Ms. Dee Who kept me nice and full every morning? I appreciate the hospitality professionalism. She even taught me how to warm my cold, boiled eggs up. Miss deedee was willing to help and go get anything that I was lacking for my breakfast. She needs to be a manager. if she's not already one in the kitchen. Not sure, but she is amazing. My customer service experience was everything I could expect On a scale from 1 to 10I give her a 20

I don't know where to start with my stay! It was such an awesome experience and we felt so welcomed by all the staff! The location was in the perfect location because it's so close to all your major restaurants, shopping centers, theaters and much more! The hotel was very clean and our room was very clean also! Ms Vee The General Manager is THE BOMB BABY! She represents the Hilton brand very professional and well! She made everything so awesome! I love her! This will definitely be my go to hotel when I visit Atlanta! Don't hesitate just book and don't get caught up on them bougie reviews! Thanks again for your hospitality

We recently stayed at this hotel, a little skeptical due to all of the bad reviews from about a year and more but my group decided this is where we would stay, so I did. I am so glad I did; Ms. Vee and her team are amazing! Now Ms. Vee is a mother to all, no matter the age, she treats you like you are sons and daughters and oh did we love being loved on by her. Her staff, the housekeepers, the janitors, maintenance and the cooks (Ms. Dee Dee) now, this is a team. They all made you feel like family. Friday we checked in with Majesty and she is so bubbly and friendly, the evenings and nights we had Dinah and Char, super sweet ladies. Come Saturday and Sunday mornings is this little they call Cai, this little lady handles her business, you would think she ran the hotel; she is so sweet and very knowledgeable about the hotel and where to shop. She told us everywhere to go and boy did we have a good time. I am a frequent traveler and don't write reviews but, because this place seems to have had a bad rap I knew I had to tell everybody if you want to feel at home from home but in a professional place, you want to stay with Ms. Vee and her staff, true Southerners with hospitably and the sugar and spice. I will definitely be back!!!

Went for 4 days Christmas 2025. Really close to a lot of places to eat. Our room for a family of 5 had plenty of room for all our luggage. We made good use of the kitchenette the entire stay. The breakfast area can get hectic and is a little cramped when busy. The second morning, they ran out of a lot of stuff. Only complaints were running out of stuff at breakfast and, when we checked in, the clerk was gone for about 30 minutes when I needed extra pillows and blankets. Other than that, solid place to stay.

I love staying at home2 sweets. Most of them are really good bang for the buck. But this one the renovation did not go very well. Still smells like an old hotel very musty and not what I've come to expect from the brand. The breakfast was good the service was good the room just stunk.

Great access to restaurants and stores, hotel is clean, breakfast was good, and the lobby area had great lounge options, even outdoor patio. The rooms are spacious and we'll equiped with everything you could need from a one night stay to multiple nights. There is laundry in the fitness center available for people too.

Please do your research on this property before basing your decision on the overall rating. While it may appear low, look at the last 12 months before writing it off. You may find other options in the Atlanta Airport West area with a higher score, but their reviews over the last year aren't so good. This property has been under new management for about a year and doing an excellent job of bringing it up to high standards. I can't compliment the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff enough! From the front desk folks, to the breakfast attendant, to housekeeping are were kind and professional. Our room was clean and stocked as it should have been. The property always felt safe and offers a very useful shuttle service for local attractions. We enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the many topping options for the waffles. If you have any doubts, give the local number a call and talk to them. I did, and felt much better keeping our reservation. We have decided this will be our go to place when we are staying in the Atlanta Airport area.

I had a last minute trip to Atlanta, and my flight kept getting delayed. I didnt arrive until the next morning and was worried my reservation would be cancelled. They were prepared and very accommodating, the staff were very friendly, and all my meetings went very smoothly thanks to the hotel staff's wonderful service and attention. Definitely plan to make this my hotel of choice in Atlanta
